Chimney Sweep Apprentice - FT and Seasonal Eurosweep is a full service chimney company, servicing Boston and the South Shore for over 25 years. We are in search of a career-minded candidate to join our team as a full-time, year-round chimney sweep apprentice. Seasonal positions also available.
Duties include: - Set-up and removal of equipment for chimney sweeping, inspection, and chimney repairs. - Provide support for the certified chimney technicians.
Requirements: * Available Monday through Friday, including potential overtime. * Valid drivers license and reliable transportation. * Ability to lift and carry up to 50+ pounds. * Ability to climb ladders and work in high places. * Willing to get dirty and work outdoors in all types of weather. * Drug free. * Professional appearance and demeanor. * Ability to communicate in English, both written and verbally. * Legally able to work within the U.S.
Construction, chimney sweeping, or masonry experience a plus, but not required. On the job training provided. Future advancement to become certified master sweep available to the right candidate. Pay negotiable based on applicable experience. Please send resume to eurosweepmail@gmail.com.
